But if we're to bet a cast who could navigate the corporate American skies, it would be the crew from the Star Wars Trilogy. But how would a typical HR department prepare their coworkers for their intense personalities?

In the situation above, it is more likely than not that the HR Department had ordered a Meyers-Briggs test to see if they would be a good fit for the organization.
